To Blog or Not To Blog

That seems to be the question lately! :) I guess I kind of miss the interaction with other stitchers across the states, and around the world too.

I've had a few emails over the past few weeks from people who say they miss my blog! How nice is that?!

So I don't know. I'm not sure I have much to share with the blog world. I'm still thinking about it, if anybody is even here any more!

It's been almost three months. Crazy.

Oh Sara! Definitely BLOG. I have kept you listed on my favs list all summer just waiting for your return. Reading your occasional posts gave the impression you were either overwhelmed or going through a phase or both. For me, blogging is my kind of crafty diary as well as a therapy. I love the interaction with others with similar interests. And there is a therapeutic value to letting your troubles flow out your finger tips and out of you body. When I get feeling unaccomplished, I look back over earlier posts and get the warm and fuzzies. I enjoy your posting style and stories about your quaker turtles to your collecting fabric for Hondurous and your travels. Think about it.....I for one miss seeing your posting. Yes.....there are people out here......stitching in silence in their little TV rooms, on rainy days wokring with needle and floss everywhere!

Hi there Sara, funny thing about fellow stitchers/bloggers, we never give up on others with the same passion. We are all here for you and eagerly look forward to your return.
Be always in stitches.

I'll still be reading when you're ready to post. No pressure. Take as much time as you need to regroup. My own blogging is sporadic, at best. No posts for months, then several in a few days, then nothing again. The point is, it's your blog - post when/if you want!

You have most definitely been missed. I have wondered how you made out with your extensive summer travels. I always enjoy seeing your stitching and learning about you and your life. Look forward to hearing form you again.

Sara - Don't overwhelme yourself by looking at the mountain of tasks and things to do......divide and conquor and take pleasure in your small accomplishments and before you know if you will start to see forward progress.

Blog when you can/blog when you want.

Sara, I've missed you & you're still on my blogroll. Just do what you can when you feel like it.
I've been finding blogging overwhelming lately (it's been a difficult month or two) and considered quitting. Now I just do what I can when I can. Once a month maybe. Someday I may do better, who knows. I do miss the other bloggers & still enjoy reading when I can.
Hugs, Barb

blog....you have lots to offer....just set comments to where you moderate them before they show up....makes life a lot easier and has weeded out the unwanted.

Miss you....hugs

Once in my reader, you are here to stay. I'll see when you do update. Blogging is a personal thing, isn't it? If you feel like blogging then do so but you are under no obligation, right? I think you have more readers than you believe!

I know you were complaining about the spam comments in your last post. Did you see Blogger's new Spam folder? I haven't got much in the past few weeks...it works a turn!

Hey Sara! I know exactly where you are coming from. I just posted to mine this past week, after not posting for three months. The last time I posted to mine was in July, the day before my world as I knew it for many years fell apart...but I digress. Thanks again for the goodie that you sent me recently. ;o)

You should blog when you feel like it. Don't do it for others. Do it for you! Hope that helps! H
