And there was one part that had two A's, which I thought were flower buds! But nope, they were the stitcher's initials... DUH! So I changed those to AL for my two boys, and put MS for DH and myself. I'm really loving it! Now to find some matching fabric!
I love the little birdie, don't you?
I'm stitching a few quilt squares for different groups I'm part of. Gotta love 14 ct. white aida!! This is for a little boy named Charlie in NZ. He loves hot air balloons, so this pattern was perfect.
This square is for a little boy...can you tell what it is?! ha I'll leave you in suspense! (I'll have to add the picture later, it didn't upload! LOL)
Last but not least, Check out what's been hanging out on my scissors! Yup, it's cute, isn't it?!!

Hey everyone~ This is Sue from Raise the Roof Designs. Wow! A lot of people must follow this blog because were contacted by a bunch of stitchers asking about our scissor fob design. I just wanted to let you all know that we will be releasing more Kite Fob kits soon. I initially only made about 150 of them because that was all the trim I could find for the tail (at the time). But... good news...I have since found a similar trim and am going to whip a few more together. They won't be identical to the other one-- just a little different color scheme. More summer-y colors. Theresa will have them for sale first on her Shakespeare's Peddler website as soon as they are ready. Give me about a month to stitch a model, get the patterns printed, and get the kits put together. Just wanted to let you all know! Sue :)
